A versatile high hood dishmachine ready to meet your needs, the TempStar™ HH has the dual functionality of a dishwasher and a small pan washer. Exclusive Sani-Sure™ technology ensures proper sanitation is achieved in every fully automatic 62-second cycle. Its 27” clearance easily accommodates large sheet pans and 6-quart mixing bowls. A built-in pressure regulator and gauge, front dress panel and 70° F rise booster heater are standard, proving that the TempStar™ HH delivers both quality and value.
(40° F rise booster heater is available, but must be specified at time of order.)
All TempStar™ models are field convertible from straight-through to corner and vice versa, constructed from heavy duty stainless steel, and include adjustable bullet feet and single-point connections for all utilities.
