Tasty, thick cream soups can be prepared directly in the cooking pot, as well as many dishes such as fish soup, bread and cheese soup, spinach, mashed potatoes, chopped salads or cabbages, pancake paste, sauces, mayonnaise, con brandade and so on. A special supporting bracket can be supplied as an option. It is designed to fit on the rim of cooking pots and provides a means for easy handling and even for unattended operation of the unit.
