Capable of cleaning 10 pans, utensils or a 140-qt. bowl per cycle, the CL-10 is a durable stainless steel workhorse. Each 260-second automatic cycle uses 6.5 gallons of water. Features include a 30 gallon wash tank, two rotating wash arms (one upper/one lower), stationary rinse nozzles (top and bottom), incoming water pressure regulator and an internally mounted electric booster heater. Choose from electric, steam or gas heat.
