Order Policy

• Applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order.

• Any quantities that are not in case lots, will be rounded up accordingly. Your total will be adjusted to reflect this change.

• All product information and prices subject to change without notice. Atlanta Fixture and Sales Company, Inc. is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors.

• Appropriate taxes will be added for shipments to the following states: Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia. If your shipment is to another state, then it is your responsibility to determine and pay any taxes due as required by the appropriate taxing authorities.

• Cancelled/Refused orders - If you decide to cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the full amount of the roundtrip shipping and handling charges.
