Univex slicers were redesigned with improved precision slicing German hollow ground blades, a belt-driven transmission, a rugged multi-position meat holder and a permanent safety blade edge guard. Meat slicer is made with solid anodized aluminum construction and smooth curve transitions that redirect liquid and debris away from the operator, increasing all around cleaning accessibility.
Manual or semi-automatic? If you average less than four hours a day of slicing then the Economy™ or Value™ Manual Series is recommended. The Univex Value™ series manual slicers are powerful enough for 8 hours of continuous use and are perfect for medium to heavy use operations. Slicers have the horsepower and weight to precisely slice meat from 0” to 1/2” thicknesses.
